Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro with USB-C
Apple’s annual fall product announcement came with a few surprises but still big news: The company unveiled the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max model—trading in Apple’s Lightning charging port in favor of USB-C back—as well as two new Apple Watches, as well as two more new AirPods Pro that also connect to USB-C. Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro:

It offers faster USB 3 transfer speeds and hardware-accelerated ray tracing for games on your iPhone, which will allow the iPhone 15 Pro to only bring games previously available on the console, with new titles like Assasin’s Creed Mirage coming is included.

To make Apple’s upcoming headset, the Apple Vision Pro, even more impressive, Apple is rolling out a new video feature that lets you capture “local video” on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max later this year.
The iPhone 15 Pro starts at $1,000, while the iPhone 15 Pro Max starts at $1,200 with 256 GB of storage. That represents a $100 price increase over last year’s model, but that Pro Max came with 128 GB of storage. The iPhone 15 lineup will be available for pre-order on Friday and will go on sale on September 22nd.
